Snapdeal - Money not refunded
Hi Snapdeal,
I have been buying from your website for a long time around more than 7 years, I never came across such scenario what I am going through now. My money is stuck on your side for more than a month and I have been following up with you since 9 June but I am not sure why you couldn't do anything yet. I have dropped 50-60 mails to you, I have written many complaints on various forums like this, I have filled your online query form a number of times, but every time I just a pre-defined automated reply like your team investigating it and my complain have been noted. I am not in India and from here whenever I call your customer care it doesn't accept IVR options and my call failed all times. Now either I should doubt on your team's efficiency because after providing all the proof, statement even merchant voucher no and trace no, your team couldn't do in last more than a month period or I should believe that this is an intentional way of holding your customers amount and harassing them. I have no idea what else I can provide you so that you agree to return my money, for your reference I am attaching my bank's reply as well so that you can see my bank processed and transferred that amount in your account. Some other information which might be useful for you to investigate is as follows.
